Lisa Gibbons MN, NP
Lisa, a nurse since 2006, holds a Master's degree in Nursing/Nurse Practitioner and boasts a rich background in pediatric and adult emergency nursing. With over 12 years of experience as an aesthetic nurse injector, she is dedicated to enhancing natural beauty. Lisa adopts a holistic approach, combining medical-grade skincare products with various skin treatments like lasers, IPL chemical peels, and micro-needling. She also specializes in volume addition/replacement using fillers, Sculptra, and wrinkle prevention with neurotoxins (Dysport/Botox).
Having a wealth of knowledge and education, Lisa joined Galderma Canada's Aesthetic and Correctives Department in 2015 as a Clinical Trainer for Western Canada. Her main responsibility at Galderma involves training healthcare professionals on the company's products and advanced facial injection techniques. During her tenure at Galderma, Lisa underwent training with renowned physicians in facial aesthetics worldwide and participated in conferences globally.
Lisa's expertise extends beyond studying facial injectables under renowned professionals; she has also played a role in organizing and conducting large aesthetic meetings and cadaver labs. Her goal is to provide patients with natural and subtle results, leveraging her trained aesthetic eye to offer facial contouring, corrective techniques, enhancements, and volume replacement.

Lisa Menzies, RN BSc
Working in cosmetic injecting for over 15 years, and even longer working in paediatric nursing and public health, Lisa has a wealth of experience. Her priority is natural-looking results for her clients, with a focus on anti-aging using Botox / dysport and fillers, along with skin care and laser treatments. Watching the industry change and grow over 15 years has allowed her to find the best and newest techniques to achieve optimal results .
Lisa continues to learn and grow with new products and techniques on a regular basis, to achieve the best desired outcomes for her clients, and to date she has injected over 300,000 units of Botox in her career. She has also been involved in the prestigious FACE conference for the past 14 years. Lisa continues to work periodically in public health. Her priority is patient safety with patient collaboration to achieve great natural results.

Nevaeh, our Clinic Manager, provides support to clients with pictures, numbing, and overall care at the clinic. Nevaeh has been in the industry for nearly 2 years and because of her passion for aesthetics has been doing lash lift/ lash tints and spray tans. Come in and see Nevaeh for a service and receive top notch care. Nevaeh has quickly become very proficient in skincare and the different treatments available at Enhanced Beauty, establishing herself as a clinic go to for her vast knowledge.
When she's not working, Nevaeh loves spending her free time walking her dog, paddleboarding, reading, or being with her family.

Meet Trace – Aesthetic Nurse Injector
With approximately one year of experience in medical aesthetics, Trace brings a thoughtful, skill-focused approach to every treatment. After beginning his aesthetics journey at SABI Skin, he completed his foundational training through Kane Medical Aesthetics and earned certifications in microneedling as well as advanced lip techniques, including the renowned 8D Lips course by Tim Pearce.
Drawn to the ever-evolving world of aesthetics, Trace sees the field as a beautiful blend of science and art. He’s especially passionate about refining his technical skills and ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and satisfied. Whether it’s a full facial balancing session or a subtle enhancement, his favorite treatment is always the one he’s doing that day.
Clients appreciate Trace’s honest, collaborative approach. He believes in open communication, thorough assessments, and empowering clients to take an active role in their treatment plans. Safety is a cornerstone of his practice—grounded in ongoing education, ethical decision-making, and attentive aftercare.
When asked what makes a great injector, Trace says it’s someone who never stops learning and never compromises on safety. (Also, yes—he can see that wrinkle, and he hears that question all the time!)
Outside of the clinic, Trace has a passion for home design and a surprising claim to fame: he once had a line in a Ryan Reynolds movie (sadly cut in the final edit). He’s also a walking encyclopedia of all things Real Housewives. His skincare must-have? Sunscreen—he never goes without it.
Most of all, Trace loves working with people to help them feel like the best version of themselves.
